The evil Wolf-Grams
Wolf-Grams (Jennifer Rhodes) was a villainess from "Happily Ever After," episode 5.03 of Charmed (airdate September 29, 2002).
Origin[]
In the episode, the Wicked Witch (the episode's main villainess) trapped the Charmed Ones in warped classic fairy tales, and it included the Big Bad Wolf from Little Red Riding Hood appearing and devouring Penny "Grams" Halliwell (the grandmother of the Charmed Ones), before morphing into an evil clone of Grams. After smirking and licking her chops, Wolf-Grams set her sights on devouring Paige Matthews, who fell into a deep sleep after biting a poisoned apple.
However, Wolf-Grams was interrupted by the arrival of Piper Halliwell and Leo Wyatt, with the villainess snarling at the former in a hidden response. The sinister she-wolf decided to target Piper instead, and she continued to pose as Grams and "assist" Piper.

Wolf-Grams turning heel and devouring Piper
Later in the episode, Piper is in the attic reading Little Red Riding Hood; all the while, the evil Wolf-Grams walked slowly towards Piper, while telling her to read the part where Red recognizes the wolf in her grandmother's clothing. Piper recited Red's well-known comments about her grandmother's eyes and ears, with Wolf-Grams repeating the wolf's responses. After Piper reads the line about her grandmother's big teeth, Wolf-Grams turned heel by shifting into her wolf form and devouring Piper. The wolf later lunged at an axe-wielding Leo, only to be destroyed from the inside by Piper, who freed herself and the real Grams.
