Maniacal supervillainess Waffle Woman (aka Vicky Velcro)
Waffle Woman (Gail Matthius) is the titular main villainess from "Powdered Toast Man vs. Waffle Woman," episode 4.11 of The Ren and Stimpy Show (airdate November 19, 1994).
Backstory and Introduction[]
Vicky Velcro was once a big named tycoon known for her waffles and waffle products, but once Powdered Toast Man appeared and became immensely popular, Vicky's stock and business took a massive hit. Vicky was shown watching Powdered Toast Man on television, venting over her failed business and blaming the superhero for ruining her life, while also vowing revenge.
The episode's progression saw Powered Toast Man fail to fulfill the main wish of a bedridden and sick child known as Little Johnny (he wanted to meet the President), and as a result, the despondent superhero decided to retire and head to the Breadbox of Solitude out of guilt, with Vicky expressing glee over the news.
Heel Turn[]
Afterwards, Vicky turned heel by using her giant waffle iron to transform herself into a supervillainess known as Waffle Woman, giving a maniacal laugh before entering her flying vehicle and destroying Powdered Toast International. Later on, the maniacal villainess called out to Powered Toast Man, demanding that he challenge her while revealing that she had taken Little Johnny and threatened to demolish his TV set if Powdered Toast Man didn't comply.
The superhero arrives to save Little Johnny, who is being taunted by the insane Waffle Woman. Afterwards, Waffle Woman fires explosive strawberries at Powered Toast Man, which ended up destroying buildings, leading to a back-and-forth of weapons being fired between the pair. The attacks cause mass destruction, and after Waffle Woman taunts her rival, Powdered Toast Man picks up the waffle iron and destroys it, which results in the villainess being reduced to a liquefied blob. At the episode's end, the evil Waffle Woman flew off and vowed revenge on Powdered Toast Man.
