The evil and cunning Vanessa
Vanessa (Monica Fatorma) is the main villainess from Girlfriend Harms Boyfriend's Son, a short film released by Vid Chronicles (release date December 10th, 2021). She is the girlfriend of James (who is the divorced father of a child named Matthew, that he had from his ex-wife Miranda).
Introduction[]
The film began with Vanessa expressing her excitement over her and James' plans to celebrate their anniversary, only for the man to inform his girlfriend that he had to watch his son because his ex-wife, Miranda, was hospitalized, as well as the fact that no one else could watch him. The woman expressed exasperation over the news, though her boyfriend stated that it was a chance for Matthew to meet his future stepmother, only for the latter to walk off in a fuming huff. The child was dropped off by his maternal aunt (James' ex-sister-in-law) and he was later introduced to Vanessa by his father, only for the cunning woman to solely focus on the anniversary plans.

Vanessa's true colors emerging
At that moment, James received a call from his workplace which forced him to leave his girlfriend and son, while Vanessa voiced her refusal to sit for him but agreed to do so under her boyfriend's promise to appease her with some gifts (while accusing him of ruining her entire day). Afterwards, the woman called her female friend and vented over her situation (while also lashing out at her for not taking her side). The cunning woman began turning heel during her rant as she expressed a desire for Matthew to become sick so he could be with his mother (allowing Vanessa to have the man for herself). Following the call, the child appeared and asked her for something to eat, with the woman rudely brushing him off before changing her mind and acquiescing.
After sending her boyfriend's son to his room, the cunning woman fully turned heel by lacing a bunch of grapes with bleach (doing so as part of her plan to poison Matthew). As Vanessa entered in the child's room, she saw that her late mother's lamp was broken and was about to hit him, only to be stopped by Miranda (who threatened to harm her ex-husband's girlfriend if she had hit her son. After James arrived, the evil woman lashed out at Matthew for breaking her late mother's lamp (and she continued to focus on the lamp as as valid justification for her actions). Once the child noticed a strange aroma on the grapes, his mother grabbed the bowl and noticed that the grapes were covered with bleach (exposing the cunning woman's plan to poison Matt).
In response, Vanessa admitted to attempting to poison him, adding that she was trying to make him sick so he could be with his mother while claiming that she wasn't being malicious. An angry James ejected his ex-girlfriend from his house, with the womam lashing out at her ex-boyfriend and claiming that she was the best thing that happen to him.
