Rachel (The Rookie)
Rachel (Bailey Noble) is a tragic villainess from "Redwood," episode 1.11 of The Rookie (airdate January 22, 2019).
Rachel was first shown exiting a hospital bathroom stall and washing her hands next to rookie officer Lucy Chen, who noticed that Rachel was in tears. She stated to Chen that her brother was hospitalized after being in a car accident before leaving the bathroom, and it was after Rachel left that Chen noticed a bottle of bleach inside the stall, as well as the cap to a syringe. Chen later followed Rachel to her brother's room, where he was shown on life support, and she walked in and witnessed Rachel turning heel and preparing to inject her brother with a needle full of bleach, intending to kill him.

Ali Thornton was introduced as one of many guests at a party hosted by up-and-coming quarterback Ty Huntley, with Lucifer Morningstar hooking Ty up with Ali following Ty's reveal as a virgin. Shortly afterwards, Ali was found dead in Ty's pool, leading to Ty being suspected of the murder and even arrested by detective Chloe Decker. Denise Partney (Leslie Hope) is a villainess from "Permanent Vacation", episode 6.08 of CSI: Miami (airdate November 12, 2007). She is the wife of Roger Partney and the mother of their two sons, Brian and Shane.
The Partneys were a family of Canadian tourists vacationing in Miami, when Brian was suddenly shot to death. Denise was shown briefly in the beginning of the episode, and returned in the final scenes, where she was encountered by Natalia Boa Vista. Natalia gave Denise a broken pocket watch that belonged to Brian, with the watch stopped at 10:10 - the time of his murder.

The hearing featured a shocking occurrence; when Erin handed detective Lewis Hardy a gun from the evidence locker and asked if it was the gun used in the murder, Hardy felt the weapon and said that it wasn't. This led to the conclusion that someone had taken the real gun and switched it with a different weapon, and Erin's first suspect was Hardy himself. 'Sarah (Bellamy Young) was a possessed villainess from Supernaturals fifth season opener, "Sympathy for the Devil" (airdate September 10, 2009).
In life, Sarah was married to Nick, but before the episode's events, Sarah and her infant child were both murdered by an armed intruder. It was later revealed in Season 14 that the demon Abraxas killed Sarah and her child while possessing a neighbor, doing so under Lucifer's orders.
