Peggy Norris is an unseen villainess from the 2020 Lifetime film, Is There a Killer in My Family? (alternately titled, Island of Shadows; airdate February 14, 2020).
Peggy Norris is the mother of Ashley Norris, the film's main villainess. It was revealed/indicated by Ashley that her father (Peggy's husband) was abusive, and at some point prior to the film's events, Peggy turned heel and killed her husband. The murder was the subject of a true crime novel written by main protagonist Carly Travers, and it resulted in Peggy being arrested and convicted for killing her husband.
Peggy's incarceration led to Ashley blaming Carly and vowing revenge on her, and it was in the film's climax that Ashley (who originally introduced herself as Lauren) stated to Carly that her father was a monster, and regarding Ashley, she was planning to destroy Carly's sanity to the point where she would question her past judgments, among them being Peggy, officially revealing that Peggy was alive and still incarcerated.
