Villainous gold-digger Nicole
Nicole (Tricia Rascoe) is the main villainess from Stepmother is Rude to Her Husband's Daughter, a short film released by Supermission (release date February 22, 2021).
Nicole is the second wife of widowed Steve, and the film began with Nicole praising Steve over their honeymoon in Bora Bora and suggesting that they buy a permanent vacation home there, only for Steve to state that it was immensely expensive. She also pleads with Steve to buy her a new designer bag due to the fact that her current one had a small scratch, though Steve states that the scratch wasn't noticeable, prompting Nicole to coerce Steve to show his love for her by spending money on her.
Steve informed his wife that there were more important things to save his money for, while also voicing his love for Nicole. Shortly afterwards, Steve's daughter, Lisa, appeared and told her father that she got into her dream college, bringing immense happiness from Steve--while Nicole feigned her elation. Lisa later voiced her worries over tuition, adding that it would be a lot of may to pay for college, leading to Steve informing his daughter that he would definitely pay for Lisa's tuition--even willing to work overtime to do so.
Nicole became dismayed and called out Steve for spending money on Lisa but not for her frills, even going as far as asking Steve if he loved her, with Steve stating that he did but Lisa's tuition was the main priority over things that weren't needed, while also assuring his wife that they would be fine financially. Steve left to get more wine to celebrate Lisa going to college, but following Steve's departure, Nicole turned heel by calling Lisa a spoiled brat and accusing her of being jealous of her father and his money; responding to Lisa's denial by accusing Lisa of lying about a college tuition to manipulate Steve into buying things for her. Nicole informed Lisa that Steve and his money belonged to her because she is married to him--further cementing her gold-digging personality--and even resorting to repeating her accusations against Lisa by commenting that she would get her father's money because she reminded Steve of his deceased wife (Lisa's mother).
As Steve later overheard, the evil Nicole stated that she was Steve's loyalty, but she "knew how it is," adding that it was going to change right before she tussled her own hair and screamed in agony. After Steve rushed in, Nicole falsely claimed that Lisa attacked her and threatened to ruin their marriage in response to her congratulations to her stepdaughter, but in response, Steve took Lisa's side and announced that he would file for divorce, as he learned the truth about Nicole's heel persona. The villainess accused Lisa of putting on an act, only for Steve to state that Nicole never loved him, only his money, and added that she even attempted to get rid of Lisa before telling her to leave. Nicole dropped her facade and admitted to never loving Steve, while lashing out at him for making Lisa a bigger priority than her, while also vowing to marry a man richer than Steve.
