The evil Tracy Reed
Tracy Reed (Heather Doerksen) was a villainess from the CW series, Reaper, appearing in episode 2.05, "I Want My Baby Back" (airdate March 31, 2009).
Tracy was a delusional serial killer who believed that she was a vampire, killing her victims by drinking their blood. She was executed for her crimes and went to Hell, but she later escaped Hell to keep her baby from being alone. Sam, Sock, and Ben encounter Tracy at her home, where Sam is sent by the Devil to send her back to Hell, using a wooden stake as a vessel.
As for Tracy, she appeared to the trio and threatened to kill them, while adding that she wasn't going to leave her baby. The villainess swooped down after the trio, all the while brandishing black eyes and vampire fangs; becoming what she believed she was in life. After attacking the trio, the evil Tracy attempted to sink her fangs into Sock, but she is staked by Sam and sent back to Hell.
