Tom's foster mother is the main villainess of the video "My psycho mom feed me worms" by Storytime animated. She is an mentally insane woman who thinks Tom is a talking fish.

Introduction[]
She was first seen reeling in Tom in her net while fishing and tells the stranded teenager she is there to rescue him from the island he spent his life on. She brought him home, explaining civil life on the way.
After letting him move in with her, she prepared his dinner while he took a shower and got dressed. Once announcing dinner is ready, Tom was grateful and thanked her, she told him to call her his mother and to his surprise she served him worms. She tells him to eat up, showing signs of delusion. Afterwards she tells Tom she has gotten a place for him at school.

However later at school, Tom was about to have lunch and after finding out she has packed earth worms again in his lunchbox, Tom went home to confront his foster mother to ask why she gave him worms for lunch. As soon he finished speaking she started to act deranged and says that he's an fish and fish eat worms, despite him insisting he's a human boy. Realizing he's living with a psychopath woman, Tom ran out and the insane woman chased him, even at sea trying to throw a fishing net at him but missed.

Still determined to catch him, the deranged foster mother chased Tom on the island with a butcher knife. Once cornering him at a cliff, she announces it's time to make sushi and lunges at him. Tom however dodged and she fell to her presumed death.
Tom eventually returned to the city to his friend Adam's house and told his parents everything, disgusting Adam's mother. While allowed to stay there, Tom felt relieved and thankful to Adam's parents but is afraid that his crazy foster mother might be alive.
