Teanna Musk

Evil businesswoman Teanna Musk

Teanna Musk (Ashanti) is the main villainess from the 2013 Lifetime film, Christmas in the City (airdate December 7, 2013).

Teanna Musk is the corporate fixer for Wolman's, a department store co-run by Harry Wolman and his nephew, Tom Wolman. As Teanna repeatedly stated, her task was to improve sales at Wolman, though she often displayed a cold and ruthless demeanor; often bossing around her assistant, Bruno, and antagonizing everyone at the store, including main protagonist (and newly hired employee) Wendy Carroll. Upon arrival, Teanna wanted to cut Christmas bonuses and get rid of the daycare, only to be turned down by Harry and Tom.

Teanna's central scheme involved ousting Harry and taking over the store, doing so to acquire a high-level investor. Her plan also included attempting to seduce Tom into a relationship with her, though as the scheming businesswoman noticed, Tom and Wendy became increasingly close. With that, the villainess increased her antagonistic demeanor towards Wendy, while finding out about her late father's failing toy store in her search for info on Wendy. She also fired Nick (unaware that he was an actual Santa Claus) and eliminated the store's Christmas choir, replacing the latter with scantily clad male models.

Teanna's main target was Wendy, and after sending her on another task, the evil Teanna planted the store's cash deposit bag in Wendy's purse and sabotaged the store's numbers, in order to set up Wendy as a greedy thief. Wendy noticed that the bag was in her purse and went with her best friend, Angie, to return it, only for Teanna to appear with Tom and convince the latter that Wendy had stolen the money, with the villainess also boasting that Tom had approved of her changes to the store. The film's climax saw Teanna enact the final piece of her plan to take over Wolman's, only to find that Wendy and Tom (among many others, including Bruno) had removed her changes to the store. Teanna's orders to remove everything were ignored by Bruno, and it was followed by Harry firing the villainess, who stormed out in anger, with her high heel breaking and adding to her humiliation.
