Evil serial killer Sister Joan
Sister Joan is the villainess from a short story released by IMR Scary Tales on November 7, 2021. She is a nun and the head caretaker of Blue Saint's Orphanage where Henry Charles (the main protagonist) lives.
Henry dreamed of being adopted, but had no luck because Blue Saint's having a reputation as the "cursed orphanage" (owing to numerous prospective adoptive parents suffering fatal accidents while on the grounds).
Sister Joan expressed great kindness toward Henry, comforting him when he felt crestfallen over not being adopted, claiming he already had "the best family a boy could have" in her and everyone else at Blue Saint's. Furthermore, she encouraged him to hold on to what he had and never let go.
Two years later, Henry was approached by a childless couple hoping to adopt a child, leading him to hope that he would be the child chosen by them. Sister Joan called the couple away to her office for a screening interview, with the protagonist hiding inside to observe. The couple expressed desire to adopt Henry (which visibly irritated Sister Joan).
As the couple stood up to leave, the boy was shocked to see Sister Joan produce a crowbar from under her desk, which she utilised to brutally beat the couple to death. The psychotic woman cemented her heel turn with a vicious snarl and proclaimed the children were of her "property". After the murder, the villainess knocked a cupboard atop the corpses of the couple in order to pass their deaths off as accidental.
Sister Joan then ran out of the room to report the "accident", leaving Henry to flee the room and hide. The protagonist contacted the police, who arrived and arrested Sister Joan and the latter hysterically screamed that no-one had the right to take away her orphans from her as she was led away.
After the arrest, it was revealed that Sister Joan was the killer of all the other prospective adoptive parents by cutting their car brakes and shoving them off balconies. Henry was taken to another orphanage where he was shortly adopted by a lovely family, with the evil Sister Joan being sent to prison for her crimes.
