The evil Simone Bardou
Simone Bardou, aka Gwen (Chelsea Field), was the main villainess from "The Assassin," episode 6.08 of Tales from the Crypt (airdate December 7, 1994).
Simone Bardou introduced herself to Janet McKay as an LAPD officer asking questions regarding Janet's husband, Jeremy McKay. However, Simone was quickly revealed as the leader of a trio of CIA agents who were looking to kill an assassin named Ronald Wald, with the reveal coming after Janet's attempt to escape was thwarted by Simone's henchmen, William and Todd. Other than the fact that Ronald had gone rogue and hid out for five years, Simone revealed that she and Ronald were once lovers.
The villainess fingered Jeremy as Ronald, and it was also stated that they planned to kill Janet to avoid leaving witnesses. However, Janet managed to fight off and kill Todd and William before encountering the evil Simone, who revealed her own actions as a killer, as well as more details regarding herself and Ronald. At that moment, Simone was surprised to learn that Janet was actually Ronald Wald, as Janet referred to Simone as Gwen--the name Simone gave her when they dated. Afterwards, Janet successfully fought Simone and took her gun, which she used to shoot Simone to death.
