The evil Sarah Eldon
Sarah Eldon (Tammy Blanchard) is one of the main villianesses from "Tomorrow," episode 2.07 of Law & Order: Criminal Intent (airdate November 10, 2002). She is a nanny working for the wealthy Davenport family.
Sarah Eldon's backstory revealed that she is the younger sister of Hannah Price, and both sisters were put up for adoption following the passing of their mother, as well as their father being unable to care for them. The Eldons originally planned to adopt both girls, but Hannah refused to be adopted, as she longed for her father to return to her. However, Hannah did opt for the Eldons to take in Sarah, and at some point, Sarah ended up hired as the nanny for the Davenports, replacing their former nanny, Jinny Canto.
Jinny was fired by Tina Davenport due to accusations that she was stealing from the family; however, it was ultimately revealed that Hannah committed the thefts to get Jinny fired, as well as get Sarah hired as part of a fantasy they shared involving their favorite soap opera. At some point, Rick Davenport (Bill Davenport's son and Tina's stepson); found out about Hannah's thievery and attempted to force Hannah to have sex with him and his friend, Josh Phillips, in exchange for their silence, after which both siblings killed Rick and Josh.
In addition, the evil Sarah lured Amanda Davenport, Rick's sister, to the scene and murdered her; making it appear that Rick killed his sister and Josh out of anger over their relationship, while killing himself afterwards. Suspicion fell on Tina, though detectives Robert Goren and Alexandra Eames' investigation into the nannies revealed their family ties and history, and made them the main suspects, leading to the pair being taken into custody. During Sarah's interrogation, she--with her and Hannah's attorney, Stan Shatenstein, a night court attorney, present--denied the claims against her and her sister, speaking in defense of Hannah before returning to their cell. The villainess informed Hannah that there was nothing tying them to the murders, while Hannah told Sarah that they had to stick together.
Later on, however, Sarah received her own attorney--provided by Bill--while Shantenstein remained with Hannah, and to Hannah's shock, Sarah received a bail of $2 million, while Hannah was held on no bail. Sarah was shown with Bill after she was bailed out, and at that moment, Hannah--angered over the possibility of never seeing her sister again--confessed to everything; including Sarah's role in the murders and her masterminding and committing Amanda's murder. Sarah was officially charged (off-screen) following Hannah's confession.
