The psychotic Rynn
Rynn is the main villainess from My Ex-Girlfriend Trapped Me in the Freezing Cold, a short story released by True Story (release date March 24, 2020).
Rynn is the ex-girlfriend of main protagonist/narrator Aaron, though their hectic class schedules kept them from seeing each other. After months of making an attempt at a relationship, Aaron and Rynn broke up under seemingly good terms; however, once Aaron began a new relationship with another girl, Erika, Rynn began encountering Aaron and pleading with him to get back together with her. After Aaron turned her down, he received various texts from Rynn, who wanted to apologize and say a final goodbye to him.
Aaron agreed to meet Rynn late one night at the college's cafeteria, where Rynn was found looking pale and gloomy. Rynn claimed that it was hot and that she felt faint, and begged for something cold before pointing towards the freezer. The pair entered the freezer, after which Rynn apologized to Aaron, who wondered what it was Rynn was apologizing for. In response, Rynn rushed out of the freezer and slammed it shut, sealing Aaron inside. Aaron pleaded to be released, only hearing Rynn's receding footsteps. After eventually passing out, Aaron woke up in a hospital surrounded by his parents and Erika, who rescued Aaron. As Aaron revealed, the deranged Rynn ended up expelled for her actions, though Aaron refused to file charges, as he wanted to give Rynn another chance to change her ways.
