The evil Roxanne O'Neil
Roxanne O'Neil (Lisa Long) is a villainess from the 2022 Lifetime film, Killer Stepmom (airdate January 7, 2022).
Roxanne O'Neil was the business partner of Robert Kulzer, the first husband of the film's main villainess, Susanna Williams--then known as Kate Dunham. However, Roxanne turned heel at some point by colluding with Robert in a Ponzi scheme, which was one of many scams concocted by him. Roxanne later ended up arrested for her role in the scheme, while Robert committed suicide in order to avoid a prison sentence. As the film's events revealed, Robert's money was stashed away, leading Roxanne to hire private investigator Randy McNabb to find it, as well as Kate.
Kate changed her name to Susanna and married Daniel Williams as part of a revenge plot against him and his ex-wife, Annie O'Dowd, who (after she and daughter Brianna Williams learned about Susanna murdering Randy, as well as her past) found out about Roxanne's connection to Robert and visited her in prison. Annie asked Roxanne about Kate/Susanna, with Roxanne revealing that she hired Randy to track Kate as well as Robert's money, claiming that she was planning to use it to pay back the debts and get her sentence reduced, though wouldn't reveal more about Susanna due to how dangerous she was.
After Susanna was sent to jail for her crimes, the evil Roxanne confronted her, with the encounter also including a pair of fellow inmates threateningly surrounding Susanna.
