Villainous Beauties Wiki
Rebecca Superhost

Psychotic serial killer Rebecca

Rebecca (Gracie Gillam) is the main villainess from the 2021 horror film, Superhost.

Introduction[]

Rebecca was introduced as a host welcoming vloggers Claire and Teddy to her house, where they were vacationing as part of their travel vlog--which Teddy secretly planned to use to propose to Claire. As the couple noticed, Rebecca displayed a chipper but peculiar demeanor, with an example being randomly appearing in the kitchen to prepare breakfast for the couple. As Teddy and Claire were confronted by Vera, a woman who accused the couple of causing her to lose her income, Rebecca came to their defense and made deranged threats towards Vera to scare her off, much to the bewilderment and delight of the pair.

Rebecca was later interviewed by Teddy, which saw the young woman talk about her family and her history with the house, which included inviting an elderly couple inside and spending Christmas with them, which she remembered fondly. She continued her upbeat demeanor while introducing herself, leading Claire to want more material of her to increase their audience; all the while, the couple had been on the receiving end of various mishaps--which included their account being demonetized and several thousand followers being lost.

Teddy later found an envelope addressed to Betty and Lou Jurgensen, recognizing the two names as part of Rebecca's username: BettyLou52. The discovery caused the couple to become more suspicious of Rebecca, leading them to leave the house, only for Rebecca to arrive and stop them. She later took the couple to a wooded area, where she presented Vera--tied up and gagged--while ordering Claire to record them under the threat of cutting her throat. Rebecca later asked the couple if they cost Vera her income, and after Teddy admitted that it was true, Rebecca untied Vera and demanded the camera, which she gave to Vera to sell, after which Rebecca revealed that both she and Vera were pranking the couple.

At that moment, Teddy asked Rebecca about Betty and Lou, and afterwards, Rebecca apologized to Vera before plunging a knife through her face and stabbing her to death multiple times. Now covered in blood, Rebecca chased after Teddy and Claire, who returned to the house and hid for cover, while Rebecca attempted to get inside as part of her pursuit. Claire later went to the basement and learned that Rebecca had been watching them and controlling everything, after which Claire recorded a video of herself pleading for help regarding Rebecca.

Meanwhile, Rebecca spoke to Teddy and revealed that Betty and Lou were the real owners, and Rebecca was living with them, but when the Jurgensens ordered her to leave, the deranged villainess stabbed them (and their pet cat) to death in a fit of rage. As Rebecca was making her confession, she spotted Claire in the basement, with Teddy hearing Claire's screams and rushing inside. Rebecca slashed Claire's throat after Teddy appeared, and managed to stab Teddy during his escape. Teddy's attempt to get to his car saw him find the bodies of Rebecca's last victims before reaching his car, where Rebecca found Teddy barely alive just as he was about to dial 911.

While recording herself and acting as the host of "Superhost" (Teddy and Claire's vlog), the evil Rebecca took Claire's intended engagement ring before plunging her knife in Teddy's chest, and afterwards, the villainous madwoman drove back to the house with Teddy's corpse. The film ended with Rebecca watching Claire's distress video, and later smiling over the flood of comments disbelieving Claire's statements and referring to the video as clickbait.
