The evil Officer Karen
Officer Karen is the main villainess from Racist Cop Arrests 9 Year Old Black Girl, Discovers It's Police Captain's Daughter, a short film released by Sameer Bhavnani (release date April 16, 2021).
Officer Karen is a 25-year veteran who is shown introducing herself to rookie officer Edwin, who was shadowing Karen. Edwin stated that he didn't see Karen at the briefing conducted by the department's newly hired captain, with Karen stating that she was on patrol and would meet the new captain on a later day. During their patrol, Karen spotted a nine-year-old Black girl riding her scooter, while referring to the girl as suspicious, with Edwin only commenting on her young age. In response, Karen informed Edwin that he was only there to learn from her, adding that she could spot a suspicious person because of her tenure.
Karen later asked the girl what she was doing in the neighborhood and asking about her parents, while later admonishing Edwin in response to him stating that Karen's questioning was a waste of time. The villainess asked the girl for her name and where she got her scooter, with the girl responding to the latter question by informing Karen that her father got her the scooter. Once Karen took the scooter aside and asked the girl about her parents again, the young girl ran off and screamed for her father, with Karen informing Edwin that the girl's running was "proof" that she was suspicious.
Afterwards, the evil Karen pursued and even handcuffed the girl, which was followed by the villainous officer admonishing the girl for running and referring to her as a criminal. In response to Edwin's protests, Karen shouted at Edwin and told him not to question her again before reading the girl her rights, with the young girl continuing to scream for her father. The girl's father saw what was happening and rushed out, with Edwin saluting him and revealing the father as the new captain: Captain Alexander.
Karen expressed her shock that the girl's father was her new superior, and after being ordered to release the girl, the villainess claimed that she was causing fear in the neighborhood and there were complaints about her. Edwin denied Karen's statements and revealed the truth; the girl was minding her business before she was harassed by Karen, who reluctantly confessed to her villainous actions. Alexander admonished Karen for handcuffing and arresting his nine-year-old daughter, reminding her of the trauma she caused for her actions. The embarrassed villainess apologized, and was ordered to return to the station to be reprimanded.
