Norma Deathman (Tress MacNeille) is a villainess from "Scooby's Peephole Pandemonium," the first half of the second episode of The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries (airdate September 15, 1984).

Introduction

Norma Deathman is a reclusive actress who last acted in 1933, appearing in a movie titled, Fangs For the Memories. Since then, she has not been photographed or interviewed, and Mystery Inc. (working as reporters) was sent to Norma's home to do just that; get a story on her. As part of the ruse, the gang posed as caterers, doing so after learning that Norma was throwing a birthday party for herself. While there, the gang are accosted by Norma's gang of monsters after they learned that the "caterers" were reporters, though the gang used all sorts of distractions to evade them.

Heel Turn

Norma's reveal as a vampiress

In a stunning development, the gang caught Maid Mummy (the newly hired maid) robbing Norma's safe, and it was Daphne who revealed Maid Mummy as their boss, Orson Kane, who sent the group to the house as an inadvertent distraction from his criminal plans. Norma thanked the gang for saving her jewels, and when asked what she could do to show her gratitude, Scrappy politely asked Norma if she could show her face just once. Norma removes her veil and does so, and afterwards, Shaggy and Daphne marveled over her youthful appearance even after 50 years away from the spotlight, with Daphne asking Norma how she remained so young.

In response, Norma turned heel by revealing that she is a vampiress, flashing her fangs and smiling fiendishly at the gang. After her heel turn, the evil Norma also revealed that she is celebrating her 300th birthday and--with her monstrous minions--planned to sink her fangs into the gang, which causes Shaggy and Scooby to grab Daphne and Scrappy and escape.
