Villainous juror Nora Fleet
Nora Fleet (Cory Lee) is a hidden villainess from "One Angry Jake," episode 3.10 of Republic of Doyle (airdate March 14, 2012). She is one of the jurors in a trial against Sabrina McCarthy, who was accused of killing her husband, Tom McCarthy.
As shown in the episode's opening, Nora was one of two jurors who voted "Not Guilty" in favor of Sabrina, the other being Jake Doyle. However, the episode's progression revealed that Nora was a corrupt villainess in league with Randall McCarthy, Tom's brother, as she was paid $15,000 by Randall to make sure Sabrina ended up acquitted, doing so to cover up the fact that Tom's shooting death was accidentally caused by his own hand.
It was also revealed that Nora was in a relationship with jury foreman Luke Shaw, with Jake catching them together during his own investigation and attempt to clear Sabrina. After Luke left, the evil Nora revealed her role by stating that she knew someone who could pay to sway the jury's decision, with Jake asking Nora to repeat her statement, which she does. Jake recorded Nora's confession and played the recording to Judge Tizzard, who dismissed Nora from the jury, with Nora most likely arrested (off-screen) for jury tampering.
