The villainous Nina Munson

Nina Munson (Juliana Dever) was a villainess from the 2020 Lifetime film, Stalked by My Husband's Ex (airdate July 25, 2020). She was the ex-wife of Ryan Munson and the mother of their only daughter, Lisa Munson.

Past[]

Nina's backstory revealed that her parents had split up when she was young, due to her father leaving her and her mother. When Nina was 14, her father returned to their lives, leading to a bitter custody battle between both parents. To cope with her family's conflict, Nina developed a drinking problem; a vice she maintained entering her marriage to Ryan, as well as the conception and birth of Lisa. Nina's alcoholism caused immense strain her marriage to Ryan, and the film's opening showed Ryan taking Lisa and leaving, with Nina lashing out at her husband and pleading with him not to leave her.

After Ryan placed Lisa inside his car, Nina violently attacked her husband with a rock and entered the car--drunk--in an attempt to drive away with Lisa. Nina ended up arrested after Ryan called the police, and seven years later, Nina claimed in her interview that she regretted her past actions and had been sober in the time that passed. However, after finding out about Ryan's engagement to main protagonist Kristen Carter, Nina reverted to her deranged villainous persona and began stalking the couple, which included crashing a gathering and tossing a drink towards Kristen's face, while screaming that Kristen wasn't Lisa's mother, then the villainess sprayed Ryan's eye into her evil actions.

As the film also showed, the evil Nina maintained her drinking habit as she continued to make surreptitious attempts to talk to Lisa, doing so via text before finally getting Lisa to meet her at a nearby cafe. While there, she asked Lisa about her and Ryan's altercation from years prior, only for Lisa to state that Ryan hadn't mentioned it to her. Lisa later got up under the claim that she needed to go to the bathroom, but in actuality, she called Ryan and revealed her whereabouts to him. Ryan's search for Nina saw him find his ex-wife deceased, as she had been strangled to death by Kristen's psychotic ex-boyfriend, Matt, during his pursuit of Kristen.
