Nikita

The evil Nikita

Nikita (Vida Ghaffari) is a plot-twist villainess from the 2019 film, Eternal Code.

Nikita is a scientist brought in by board member Oliver Beaumont to work on his planned project: transmitting brain waves into deceased members of the elite. The project was on hold due to main protagonist Bridget Pelligrini, as she spotted flaws and was morally against such a plan, leading to Oliver masterminding the abduction of the Pelligrini family to make sure the project was a success. Nikita was introduced to fellow scientist Magnus, and the film's progression later revealed that Oliver and Nikita were actually lovers.

In addition, the progression also showed Oliver being a patient in the project, as his brain was being transferred into a man named John Willis, with Magnus and Nikita performing procedure. The latter later engaged in a personal conversation with the former, stating that while she knew her motives, she had wondered about Magnus' reasons. Magnus mentioned his late wife, adding that the technology they were using in the project could have saved her. After showing apparent emotion and sorrow regarding Magnus' story, Nikita turned heel by shooting Magnus to death with a silencer, adding that he could be with his wife.

Nikita's heel turn eventually revealed the extent of her role and motive, as she later underwent the same procedure as Oliver. In the film's final scenes, the evil Nikita appeared with Oliver (as John Willis) and was introduced as Joanna, a new scientist recruited by John. The villainess was introduced to Bridget by John, with the scar on John's neck revealing their true idenities, as well as their assumed plan to take over Bridget's company.
