The evil Natalie Parnell
Natalie Parnell (Rayisa Kondracki) is the main villainess from "The Proof is Out There," episode 4.04 of Private Eyes (airdate November 23, 2020). She is a member of a community of UFO-believers, which was led by her ex-boyfriend, Dan Varden.
Introduction[]
Natalie was first shown with Clarissa Bateman, the wife of Larry Bateman, who hired Matt Shade and Angie Everett to track her due to Larry's worry about her suspicious behavior. Clarissa was shown trading her collection of diamonds for cash, and after seeing suspicious tools inside Clarissa's car, it was originally believed that both women were involved in a plot to kill Larry. However, as Matt and Angie continued tracking Clarissa, the pair, along with deputy Eddie Conroy, ended up encountering the aforementioned community and encountering Dan.
Natalie spotted Matt and Angie and greeted them before pointing them to the water shrine, where the members' deposits were made. She later responded to their statements about her breakup with Dan by claiming that their union was in the way of Dan's purification, after which Natalie handed "purification bars" to Matt and Angie. The latter digested hers, and during her date with Tex Chapman, Angie found herself agreeing with every one of Matt's statements during their phone conversation--as well as accept Matt's proposal before passing out.

Natalie's reveal and arrest
During Angie's hospitalization, it was revealed that the granola bars were laced with scopolamine, and upon learning that the bars were made by Silver Pine Foods, Matt and Angie entered their main office and encountered one of their employees, who revealed that a project involving scopolamine in the bars had occurred but was scrapped, as they failed to remove drug's ability to make people highly suggestible. Matt and Angie later recognized Natalie from a photo of the company's research team, which led to Natalie's reveal as the mastermind of the community.
As Matt revealed, Natalie had spent years paying for Dan's UFO obsession, though Dan's increasing devotion resulting in him breaking up with Natalie to further their cause. Natalie's genial acceptance was actually a cover for her anger over being dumped by Dan, and in an act of revenge, she took the laced bars and supplied them to Dan and the rest of the community, after which she manipulated her victims to exchange their diamonds for cash. As a result, the villainess could get away with the diamonds and leave Dan and her other victims with a crazy story to tell the police.
With the use of Zoe Chow's diamonds from her coffee cup, Matt and Angie returned to the community and--along with Eddie--helped trap Natalie. While Dan and the others spotted a bright light and expected aliens, Natalie was spotted running off with the diamonds, only to be trapped between police officers and the trio of protagonists, with Eddie informing the villainess that she was under arrest. When asked about a motive, the evil Natalie stated that she loved Dan more than his alien conspiracies, and added that she stole from the community because they stole Dan from her as she was being taken away in handcuffs.
