The evil and callous Mrs. Wilson
Mrs. Wilson (Jill Eikenberry) is a villainess from "Hidden Agenda", episode 1.18 of Batman Beyond (airdate October 16, 1999).
She was the mother of a student at Gotham High named Carter Wilson (an all-star student who among other achievements was top of the class and student body president). In the episode, Carter scores second place in a GAT test at school, outmatched only by Maxine "Max" Gibson (the episode's protagonist).
Upon arriving at home, Mrs. Wilson showed her true nature as she viciously scolding her son for not being perfect with the evil woman considering anything short of first place equal to failure. Carter mentions that he would have been first except for Max's perfect score to which his mother sarcastically responds that it makes him the "first-place loser" before leaving the room. Once alone, the boy begins to apply white make-up, showing that his mother's abusive behaviour served as the catalyst for him in becoming the supervillain Terminal (the main antagonist of the episode).
The villain would eventually be captured and arrested, although his abusive mother's fate remained unknown.
