The psychotic and abusive Mrs. Lefferson
Mrs. Lefferson (Geneva Carr) is a villainess from the 2014 film Darkroom (release date January 28th, 2014). She was the single mother of Rachel Lefferson (the film's main villainess) as well as her brothers, Larry Lefferson and Daniel Lefferson.
Flashbacks of the three siblings' childhood were shown throughout the film, which initially paint Mrs. Lefferson as a kind and loving mother. However, after Michelle (the film's main protagonist) stumbled across the Lefferson siblings' surveillance room after briefly escaping captivity in their isolated mansion, she viewed a videotape that revealed Mrs. Lefferson's true nature as a psychotic and abusive mother towards her children.
As revealed during the tape, the woman was a religious zealot (shown by her having her children state that they had sinned and were in need of purging). The deranged mother then proceeded to show her abusive and cruel punishments towards her children for their perceived sins: calling Daniel a coward and splashing his chest with acid after finding that he was reading superhero comics and forcing Rachel to call herself a "dirty girl" when she learned that she'd had her first period. Lastly, the psychotic mother chided Larry for not setting the table correctly (resulting in him getting hurt). Despite the child's meek apology, his abusive mother stated that "God's law" said that he needed to be punished before preparing to torture her son with a drill, with the tape stopping before the grisly act was shown. Mrs. Lefferson's fate is left unknown.
