Mrs. Collins (Angelica Page) is a villainess from the 1999 thriller film, The Sixth Sense. She is the mother of Kyra Collins, who tragically died of a chronic illness.
Kyra's ghost appeared to the film's young protagonist, Cole Sear, who later attended her funeral with his psychologist (another of the main protagonists), Dr. Malcolm Crowe. Kyra directed Cole towards a wooden box, which he later gives to Mr. Collins. The box contained a videotape, which later revealed the horrific truth: Kyra didn't have a chronic illness; she was poisoned and eventually killed by her mother.
Two years prior to the events, Mrs. Collins turned heel and began poisoning Kyra, doing so to get her attention. As the video showed, the psychotic villainess routinely brought Kyra's lunch to her, but not before she would poison her soup with a disinfectant cleaner. She committed the Munchausen by Proxy poisonings for the aforementioned time period, until her demented actions killed Kyra. After Kyra's death, the evil Mrs. Collins began poisoning her four-year-old daughter (Kyra's little sister), as it was mentioned during the funeral that the young girl was also ill.
Kyra had been videotaping a dollhouse set before her mother entered and gave Kyra her lunch, with the camera later catching the villainess in the act. After Mrs. Collins' villainous reveal, her husband angrily confronted his evil wife after watching the tape, with Mrs. Collins giving an ominous expression and saying nothing in response. It can be assumed that Mrs. Collins was arrested (off-screen) for killing Kyra and poisoning her other daughter.
