Psychotic serial killer Molly
Molly (Sherrie Rose) is the main villainess from "Only Skin Deep," episode 6.02 of Tales from the Crypt (airdate October 31, 1994).
Molly was introduced as an attractive masked woman who was at a Halloween party crashed by Carl Schlag, who encountered Molly after his hostile confrontation with his ex-girlfriend, Linda. After voicing agreement with Carl's statement that "certain wrongs deserve certain justifiable actions" (his defense for his abusive behavior towards Linda--among others), Molly took Carl to her place and engaged in a sexual encounter, with both agreeing never to learn anything about each other except for their first names.
However, Carl began to change his own policy due to having feelings for Molly, as he told Molly many things about himself and even took off his mask, only for Molly to ignore his feelings. Carl's search inside Molly's bathroom saw him discover medications with her name scratched off, as well as her mail only addressed to "Occupant," among other anonymous labels. He also went inside a room Molly came from earlier (under the claim of building a stand), and saw a display case filled with human masks. Afterwards, Carl attacked Molly and attempted to take off her "mask," only to end up scratching Molly.
As Molly revealed, she was not wearing a mask; her deformed face had been hers since birth. She was also a deranged serial killer who sawed off the faces of men she hooked up with; having killed a victim during the episode's events, with the victim's screams heard by Carl. The psychotic murderess later revealed that she gave Carl a drugged drink earlier, commenting on how long it took to take effect before taking her power hand saw and cutting off Carl's face, killing him instantly. The episode ended with Molly placing Carl's skinned face in her display case, and taking the blood from the saw and using it as lipstick.
