Millie Thompson (Millie Milan) and Dana (Sarah McGuire) were villainesses from the 2020 horror film, I Am Lisa.
Millie and Dana were the sinister cohorts of town bully Jessica Huckins, and the trio entered a book store run by main protagonist Lisa Leroux, who Jessica bullied while the girls stood by. Jessica voiced her intentions to take a copy of A Clockwork Orange and burn it, and while Dana stared a hole in Lisa, Millie advised Lisa to just let Jessica have her way--stating that it was "easier." Lisa later filed charges against Jessica at the police station, only for town sheriff Deb Huckins (Jessica's mother) to dismiss the charges before Jessica arrived with Millie and Dana.
After Jessica falsely accused Lisa of assaulting her, she and her cohorts, as well as Jessica's brother Nick Huckins, were ordered by Deb to beat up Lisa, with the assault seeing Dana as a participant while Millie watched and did nothing to stop her fellow conspirators. Lisa was dropped off in the woods, where she was attacked by a werewolf and on the verge of becoming one herself, and it was during her slow transformation that she encountered Millie at her workplace: an auto shop. Millie expressed shock over seeing Lisa, but regarding her role in the attack, Millie attempted to defend herself by stating that she didn't do anything. Lisa agreed with her statement as a reminder that Millie didn't do anything to help her, after which Lisa snapped Millie's neck.
Millie's death led to Deb and the others fearing that Lisa had returned, and regarding Dana, she went to the home of Lisa's best friend, Samantha, and made cryptic threats towards her regarding Lisa's whereabouts. Lisa, having heard Dana's threats thanks to her senses, confronted the villainess at her workplace (a fast food restaurant), where Lisa admitted to killing Millie before warning her to stay away from Samantha. Dana shoved Lisa in response, only for Lisa to placed Dana's face inside a deep fryer, killing her instantly.
