Lynette Dee (Alexandra Peters) was the main villainess from the 2020 Lifetime film, Ruthless Realtor (alternately titled, The Realtor; airdate August 23, 2020).
Backstory[]
Lynette Dee was born Lynette Dee Bernard, the daughter of Rose and David Bernard. Their family's backstory revealed that their home was sold to them by realtor (and main protagonist) Meg Atkins, who befriended the couple and was grateful to them for helping her through a difficult time in her life. At age 15, Lynette murdered her parents to gain her trust fund, as well as inherit her family's pharmacy, with the former kicking in at age 18. The deranged villainess sealed her parents' bodies inside the wall, and moved in with her aunt and uncle after phoning the police regarding her parents' "disappearance."
Lynette had designs on buying her former home, only to find out that Meg had sold the home to Mr. Logan, as she had been heartbroken over the disappearances of David and Rose and wanted to sell the house to the right person. Upon learning that Logan had bought the house, Lynette made several visits and attempted to buy the house from Logan, who turned her down every time.

After Logan's latest refusal, Lynette planned to kill Logan as well, donning a full suit and gas mask before breaking into Logan's home and attacking him. As shown in the film's opening scene, the villainess sprayed Logan with a lethal dose of fentanyl and later sealed him inside the walls, just as she did to her parents. Lynette's first physical appearance came as Meg was selling the home to Annie and Ralph Savage (with the former being the secondary protagonist), with Lynette confronting Meg and revealing that she promised to sell to her. The maniacal villainess began stalking the Savages, and even broke into the house in an attempt to kill the couple, only to be stopped by Meg.
However, after Meg revealed that she had been to the house and kept watch over the couple, Annie began acting suspicious towards Meg, especially after Meg had made a pass at Ralph earlier in the film. The couple was led to believe that Meg was unhinged and obsessed with them, and even had Meg arrested due to their suspicions. While in prison, Meg sent Annie a comprehensive history of the house, revealing that Lynette was the daughter of David and Rose, and she was found inside the closet on the day of her parents' disappearance. Despite this, Annie believed that Meg had something to do with the Bernards' disappearance, as well as Logan's, and regarding Lynette, she portrayed Meg as a deranged woman who was obsessed with their parents and caused their disappearance.
Reveal and Death[]

Officer Miller visited the Savages with the news that Meg had escaped custody, with the couple being on their guard preparing for Meg's arrival. All the while, the evil Lynette left and put on her disguise before killing Miller, while Meg's approach to Annie only saw her taken down by Annie before running into the house, only to find Ralph already drugged. Annie ended up drugged and tied up in the basement, where she saw Meg tied up next to her. At that moment, Lynette entered the basement and removed her gas mask, revealing herself as the villainess behind everything that occurred.
The sinister psychopath boldly admitted to killing her parents, and destroyed the basement wall to unveil the decayed bodies of her parents and Logan, whose murder she also confessed to. Lynette added that while she was elated to receive her trust fund and the family pharmacy, what she wanted was the house, revealing that she planned on killing the Savages and Meg before building a new house on top of her old one--doing so to cover up her murders.
While Lynette rushed to retrieve Miller's gun, Meg and Annie made their escape, with Lynette holding the latter at gunpoint before Meg attempted to attack the villainess with a sledgehammer. Just as Lynette was about to kill Meg, Annie struck the villainess with her own gas mask, killing her instantly.
