Evil adulteress Leslie Wells
Leslie Wells (Chelsea Rose Cook) is a villainess from the 2025 Lifetime film, Secret Life of the Surgeon's Wife (airdate May 24, 2025).
Leslie Wells is the wife of Mark Wells and the best friend of Julia Morgan, but as the film quickly reveals, she is engaged in an affair with Julia's husband, orthodontist Peter Morgan. Julia and Mark discovered the affair early in the film, and the progression saw them keep their knowledge of the affair hidden from their adulterous spouses while they looked to gather evidence. The pair hired private investigator Sherman Miles to track Leslie and Peter, with Sherman getting video evidence of the couple's illicit romance. All the while, Peter and Leslie's boasting about their dalliance saw them notice that they were being watched, leading to them tracking Sherman to his house.
Once there, Peter drugs Sherman to steal his evidence, but the attack eventually kills him, leading to Peter and Leslie panicking as they hid from an incoming Julia and Mark. After escaping, Peter and Leslie realize that Julia and Mark obtained a flash drive of Sherman's video evidence of their affair. After Leslie turns off the wi-fi while they watch the evidence, she fully becomes a villainess and colludes with Peter in a plan to kill their spouses, which sees Peter sedate Mark while Leslie knocks out Julia. The villainous pair moved Sherman's body and set out on planning to bury their spouses alive, with Mark in a garbage bag while Peter and Leslie lock Julia in a discarded refrigerator.
However, Julia escapes and wakes up Mark. In the film's climax, a vengeful Mark invaded Peter's home and knocked him out with a hammer, while Leslie feigned happiness over seeing her husband alive. The villainess attempted to lie that she was forced by Peter, only for Mark to disbelieve his wife's deception and pursue her. Julia's appearance allowed Leslie to subdue Mark, but afterwards, the evil Leslie berated Julia and attempted to kill her. Julia took down the madwoman and fought off Peter afterwards. In the film's final scenes, Mark revealed that Leslie was arrested for her collusion with Peter, and that she tried to sell out Peter, but to no avail.
