The evil Kristina
Kristina (Anna Bogomazova) is a villainess from "Soccer + Desi + Merchant + Titan," episode 4.05 of MacGyver (airdate March 6, 2020). She is the evil henchwoman of The Merchant (the episode's main antagonist).
Kristina is shown with The Merchant in the episode's opening, which had the pair in Italy visiting a shop, where the proprietor hands The Merchant a remote that he created for him. It was afterwards that Kristina attacked the proprietor and inserted a chip into him, which was followed by the indication that they killed him afterwards. The Merchant was the subject of Phoenix's latest investigation, as he was revealed as a member of Codex, the mysterious group that had Anne Frost as one of its co-conspirators.
The Merchant owned a casino where footballer Gabriella Dispatro lost a ton of money, and she was later blackmailed by The Merchant to throw a game in exchange for payment. Regarding Kristina, she planted the chip in Gabriella to make sure she would comply, but when Desi Nguyen (who posed as a teammate) approached Gabriella, she discovered that Gabriella was unwilling to go through with the scheme. Gabriella voiced her refusal to The Merchant, who killed her when he activated the chip.
Having known how The Merchant and Kristina operate, Desi went to the same casino and lost big (after a huge lucky streak), doing so to set up a meeting. She was instructed to intentionally miss a penalty kick in the first half, and just like with Gabriella, the evil Kristina planted a chip into Desi prior to the game. Angus MacGyver planned to block the signal just as Desi makes the kick, with MacGyver having to parachute onto the field to make sure the plan was successful. After The Merchant's plan failed, Kristina (assumingly) killed her boss, doing so under the orders of Codex's leader, known simply as Titan.
