Vengeful villainess Julianne
Julianne (Wendie Malick) Is the main villainess from "Dan vs. Dating," episode 1.04 of Night Court (airdate January 31, 2023).
Julianne was introduced as a woman who approached Dan Fielding, who quickly brushed her off assuming that she was trying to flirt with him suggestively, only for Julianne to inform Dan that she was only looking for the records room. Dan apologizes, but Julianne later confesses that she did find Dan attractive and gave her number to him, leaving the others (especially Abby Stone) elated over Dan having a potential girlfriend. The episode saw Dan voice his reluctance to date again after the passing of his wife, Sara, and after Abby and Neil see Dan at a restaurant on his own, they assume he was stood up; only for Dan to reveal that he wrote a text intended for Julianne, he just never sent it.
Neil sent the text for him, leading to Julianne's arrival. After the date doesn't go well, Julianne is left alone with Abby, with the former revealing that she only wanted a sexual fling with Dan, who quickly welcomes the chance after Abby informs him. However, when Dan and Julianne are at the former's apartment, Dan becomes more and more reluctant and starts talking about Sara, doing so while fending off Julianne's advances. Finally, Julianne told Dan to stop talking, saying that he was taking the fun out of a "revenge plot."
As it turned out, Julianne was prosecuted by Dan 30 years prior, as she had set her boyfriend's house on fire. The maniacal villainess found Dan's name as she was in court for burning down another ex-boyfriend's house, and planned to target him as part of her revenge, while revealing that Dan was on a revenge list (that also included her mother-in-law and Boost Mobile). In addition, the evil Julianne revealed that she was plotting to steal Dan's identity and ruin his life, and after returning Dan's wallet (which wasn't Dan's), the villainess told Dan to use the money to get professional help, adding that it was coming from someone who was deemed criminally insane.
