The evil and ambitious Jill Rhodes
Jill Rhodes (Danneel Ackles) is the hidden main villainess from the 2012 Hallmark film, Naughty or Nice (airdate November 24, 2012).
Introduction[]
Jill Rhodes is a close friend of main protagonist Krissy Kringle, with both women being co-workers at Purcell Advertising. She was shown supporting Krissy during her quest for a promotion, only for Krissy to be informed by her boss, Helen Purcell, that she would be fired due to budget cuts. After learning the news of Krissy's firing, Jill consoled Krissy, even after learning about Krissy's embarrassing retort to Helen (she told Helen that she would be on the naughty list).
However, Jill is later spotted by Krissy with Helen at a café, causing Krissy to hide her face in embarrassment, while also being bewildered over Jill's closeness with Helen. Having gained possession of Santa Claus' "Naughty or Nice" book (delivered to her by mistake due to her name being mostly similar to Kris Kringle), Krissy decided to use the book to find out the truth about Jill.

Jill's heel persona revealed in the climax
As the book revealed, Jill turned heel by sabotaging Krissy in order to steal her promotion, with her plan including stealing Krissy's work and taking full credit, while also slandering Krissy in meetings with Helen. Krissy also learned that Jill had been in a relationship with Krissy's boyfriend, Lucas Leigh, though she would later learn it was during a period of time where Krissy and Lucas were broken up. As Krissy also revealed, the book revealed that Jill was a villainous corporate mole; she had been working for a rival company, Pogue and Price, for over a year, and she would steal Helen's clients and send them to her company in order to run Helen out of business, with Jill becoming a partner at Pogue and Price as a result.
Despite the discovery, Krissy had no proof of Jill's villainous deeds, but when Pogue and Price was mentioned, Debbie O'Brien (Krissy's neighbor) revealed that she did charity work with them and helped Krissy obtain evidence of Jill's connection to the company. The film's climax saw Krissy and Lucas enter Helen's office in an attempt to reveal Jill's heel persona, only for Jill to appear and continue to portray Krissy as unstable and deceitful. The villainess continued denying everything even after the evidence was presented to Helen, who informed Jill that she would be fired. In response, the evil Jill threatened to take everything from Helen, only for Krissy to present a file containing verbal commitments from all of the business owners, which stated that they would work with Helen only if Krissy was working at her company. After this, Jill was escorted out by security, with the villainess threatening to sue Helen.
