The evil and vengeful Jasmine Walker (aka Felicia Watson)
Jasmine Walker, aka Felicia Watson (Brittany Carel), is the main villainess from the 2024 film, A Nanny to Die For (released on Peacock on October 11, 2024).
Backstory and Introduction[]
The backstory of Felicia Watson revealed that Child Protective Services were called on her parents, which resulted in Felicia being placed in foster care. After being separated from Felicia, her mother suddenly committed suicide, and in the time that passed, Felicia sought revenge on main protagonist Sarah Daniels, as she was in charge of Felicia's case. Now going by Jasmine Walker, the vengeful madwoman found Sarah online and learned that she was married with a daughter, Ashley, and decided to get herself hired as Ashley's nanny.
After successfully creating a fake résumé for herself, the renamed Jasmine applied herself to Sarah and her husband, Mark, and was instantly hired for the job, doing so after leaving her boyfriend, Tommy, behind. As the film progressed, Jasmine befriended Ashley and later blackmailed Ashley's principal into letting her skate by on a failing test, though Sarah's friend and co-worker, Glenn McDonald, noticed holes in Jasmine's claim that she attended Harper State (Glenn's alma mater). Later on, Jasmine was approached by Tommy, who demanded to know Jasmine's business with the Daniels family before being ejected by Jasmine, who started making passes at Mark.
Tommy contacted Jasmine again and informed her that he figured out her entire scheme before asking Jasmine to meet her. His attempt to convince Jasmine to abandon her plan fell on deaf ears, as the villainess drugged Tommy's drink and watched as he fatally succumbed to her handiwork. Afterwards, Jasmine was caught using Mark's laptop by next-door neighbor Edith Childress, who attempted to blackmail Jasmine in exchange for her silence. In response, Jasmine feigned compliance with Edith, only to later place a plastic bag over her head and suffocate her to death.
Climax and Arrest[]
Jasmine holding Ashley Daniels at knifepoint
Sarah began to become suspicious of Jasmine, who was later confronted by Glenn, who called her out for her deception and threatened to tell Sarah. Jasmine stated that she would come clean with the promise that Glenn could reveal everything if her explanation wasn't good enough, but on the following day, the evil Jasmine tracked Glenn to a gym and bludgeoned him to death with a barbell. Glenn's death increased Sarah's suspicions against Jasmine, and she and Mark did find out about Jasmine's deception regarding her education and résumé (the latter revealing that Jasmine posed as her own past employers), which resulted in the couple firing Jasmine.
The film's climax saw Sarah stunned to learn that Jasmine was Felicia Watson, and after speaking to Detective Rayburn about Felicia/Jasmine, Sarah and Mark went to Ashley's school to pick up their daughter, only to learn that Jasmine had taken Ashley instead. A return to the house saw Jasmine hold Ashley at knifepoint, with Sarah referring to the villainess by her real name. Jasmine accused Sarah of taking her family from her, and revealed that her plan was to take both Mark and Ashley from Sarah out of revenge, while threatening to kill Ashley if Sarah got closer to her. After hearing police sirens, Jasmine attempted to escape, only to be caught by Mark, leading to Jasmine's arrest.
