The evil, gun-toting Foster Mom
The unnamed, unvoiced Foster Mom is the main villainess of "The One About Friends", episode 1.03 of The Cleveland Show (airdate October 11, 2009). She, along with her unnamed husband, were foster parents who had taken numerous children under their care.
During the course of the episode, Lester Krinklesac's son Ernie was taken away by a social worker after his neighbor Cleveland Brown called him after Ernie became friends with Cleveland's son, Cleveland Jr., and expressed a desire to move in with them. Upon seeing the state of the Krinklesac's home, the social worker took Ernie from his father and placed him under the care of the foster couple.
After being inspired by Cleveland to get his son back to spite the government, Lester initially went to the foster home with his gun-toting redneck friends to take Ernie back by force, but was convinced by Cleveland to talk to them instead. But when the social worker refused to allow Lester to take Ernie back home, Lester called his friends in and began to leave with Ernie. But before he could leave, the evil foster mom and her husband revealed their true colors by revealing that they only took foster children into their home for money before pulling out guns to fight off Lester and his gang. While her husband armed himself with a machine gun, the foster mom used a pair of pistols for her weapon. This led to a violent shootout, during which the foster mom repeatedly shot the wooden puppet of one of the rednecks, resulting in him killing himself (among many other causalities). It was also during the battle that the foster dad released the cannibalistic foster children he and his wife were keeping in their basement to attack and kill the rednecks.
During the shootout, Lester and Ernie made amends while Cleveland convinced the social worker to let Ernie reclaim custody of his son. Cleveland signed the document giving Lester custody of Ernie again (the social worker being shot and killed before he could) and Lester giddily celebrated. Unfortunately, this gave the nefarious couple the opportunity to disarm Lester and hold him at gunpoint, demanding that he give Ernie back to them. But before they could, Cleveland used his own rifle to shoot the chandelier above the villains, sending it falling on top of them to trap them. It can be assumed that the foster mom was arrested along with her husband offscreen.
