The evil Evelyn Prescott
Evelyn Prescott (Alex Mitchell) is the hidden main villainess from the 2021 Lifetime film, Dirty Little Deeds (airdate November 27, 2021).
Evelyn Prescott is the sister of Simon Prescott, and the sister-in-law of Simon's wife (and main protagonist) Jessica Prescott. The film saw Evelyn display a somewhat chilly welcome to Jessica, who learned that Simon was previously married, only for his first wife, Daphne Prescott, to suddenly disappear. As Evelyn and her best friend, Madison Gray, discovered, Daphne was murdered, as her body was found in the pond by the pair of women. The entire family was suspected, though Simon was arrested while pursuing Jessica, who had possession of Daphne's rings.
The climax revealed that Miss Watkins, the family's housekeeper, was actually Daphne's mother, and she had been attempting to kill Jessica in a vengeful plot against Simon, as she believed Simon killed her daughter. Simon's confrontation with Miss Watkins ended with the revenge-seeking villainess run over by an oncoming car, with the driver being revealed as Evelyn. However, Evelyn later told Simon that he owed her, as she saved their family from not only Miss Watkins, but Daphne as well.
Evelyn's statement revealed that she killed Daphne, who was planning to go public with the revelation that Amelia Prescott (Simon and Evelyn's mother) attempted to pay Daphne to leave Simon. On the night in question, Evelyn chased Daphne in an attempt to silence her, only for Daphne to end up run over and killed by Evelyn's husband, Terry. Afterwards, the couple dumped Daphne's body and planted the rings in Jessica's room in an attempt to frame her, and during her admission, the evil Evelyn lashed out over Simon getting everything, including the winery, which was willed to Simon and Daphne by the former's late father. The villainess planned to cover her tracks regarding Miss Watkins' death, only for Simon to order his sister to come forward with the truth. As a result, Evelyn (along with Terry) ended up arrested.
