Dawn Palmer (Libby Osler) is a villainess from the 2023 Hallmark film, Aurora Teagarden Mysteries: Something New, the nineteenth film from the Aurora Teagarden series (airdate June 9, 2023).

The film takes place in 2008, and regarding Dawn Palmer, she is the ex-girlfriend of Matt Walker, who was engaged to Aurora Teagarden's best friend, Sally Allison. The film doesn't reveal how long they dated, but after the relationship ended, Dawn began stalking Matt, with an incident taking place during a wedding party, as she was shown parked outside. Dawn continued tracking Matt even as Aurora and Arthur Smith found the body of Brody Kresser, who confronted Matt at the party, with the deranged woman claiming that she spoke to Matt before walking off.

Dawn was suspected in the murder and interrogated, though the interview only saw Dawn state that she would never betray Matt. Later on, however, the evil Dawn attempted to run over Aurora, doing so believing that she was Sally. The maniacal villainess was handcuffed and arrested, and during her second interrogation, Dawn claimed that she and Matt belonged together, while claiming that she was only trying to injure Sally and disrupt the wedding. Regarding Brody's murder, while Matt was suspected, it was revealed that Matt's sister committed that murder, leaving Dawn to be charged with stalking and attempted murder.
