The evil Charity Julius

Charity Julius (Stephanie Bennett) is a hidden minor villainess from the 2016 Hallmark film, The Julius House: An Aurora Teagarden Mystery, the fourth film of the Aurora Teagarden series (airdate October 16, 2016). She was the only daughter of Hope and T.C. Julius, and she was long believed to have been murdered along with her parents some time before the film's events.

In actuality, Charity's parents were both killed by her boyfriend, Harley Dimmoch, who T.C. disapproved of. Harley bludgeoned T.C. to death during an argument, using a hammer as a weapon, and did the same to Hope out of panic. Later on, Charity and Harley colluded with the former's great-aunt to kill Charity's grandmother, Melba Totino, as part of a plan to inherit the Julius fortune. Following the murders, Charity and Harley went into hiding, with the former being assumed dead.

After the bodies were found in the Julius house's attic, Aurora Teagarden and boyfriend Martin Bartell tracked Harley after learning of his involvement. While Martin continued tracking Harley, Aurora knocked on the door of the house where he stopped, and it was there that she saw Charity. Charity attempted to deny her identity, but after this, the villainess assaulted Aurora and locked her in her closet, which confirmed her villainous collusion. She later phoned Harley, who returned to the house and picked up a gun with intent on killing Aurora. However, after Harley opened the closet door, he ended up subdued by Aurora, and shortly afterwards, Martin entered and took down Harley. Charity later revealed everything: the murders of both of her parents (while denying that she put Harley up to it) and her aunt masterminding Melba's murder and posing as her. It was also revealed that Charity put on her mother's wig and appeared in the house to continue the ruse, and following this, both she and Harley were arrested.
