The evil Carol
Carol is the main villainess from a short story released by Wnews on July 21, 2022.
Introduction[]
Carol is the ex-wife of Tom, who was married to his current wife (and main protagonist/narrator) Mary.
Carol was also the mother of Stewie (her son with Tom) and as Mary mentioned, the woman and her ex-husband were on good terms, as she visited the couple and expressed happiness that Tom found love after their divorce. However, late one night, Carol contacted her ex-husband out of distress, as she revealed that their son had fallen ill. Tom went to his ex-wife's house and later came back with the news that Stewie would need round-the-clock care, resulting in the woman and her son moving in with the couple.
Mary was happy to have Carol and her stepson at the house (especially because of the child) but she would notice that Carol's behavior began to change as time went by. The evil woman would criticize the protagonist's cooking and cleaning skills, and attempted to make a suggestion to her regarding her perfume, even telling Mary not to get upset if Tom ever dumped her. In addition, the man ignored his wife's warnings regarding his ex-wife's intrusiveness. And regarding Stewie, Mary often tended to her stepson (as Carol wasn't doing so). After noticing that she had gained weight, Mary took a pregnancy test that came up positive, but in response to her good news, her husband asks her to have an abortion because of Stewie's illness.

After being stunned by her husband's words, Mary overheard Carol ordering her son to take his medicine, with Stewie complaining about the strange taste, the callous woman told her son to be patient and he would soon start getting better, and Carol's words prompted the protagonist to head to a doctor and ask about her stepson's medicine. To Mary's shock, the doctor informed her that the "medicine" was harmful for children, but as the protagonist returned home with the results, she was stunned to see Tom and Carol in bed together, having engaged in a sexual tryst.
The encounter revealed that Carol had schemed to get Tom back in her life, and as part of her plan, the psychotic woman turned heel by intentionally poisoning her son (using the child's illness to get back with her ex-husband). Carol claimed that their grief regarding Stewie brought her and Tom back together, but in response, Mary showed the lab results that proved that the evil woman poisoned Stewie, with the maniacal villainess attempting to claim that the protagonist was lying.
When Mary threatened to call the police, the evil Carol lashed out at her and stated that she always hated her, while adding that Tom loved her and didn't need a new wife. Mary informed Carol that she and Tom could have each other, and her closing narration revealed that the man gained full custody of Stewie, with Carol most likely arrested for her actions. While it was also revealed that Mary did not have an abortion but carried on with the pregnancy while also discovering that she was expecting a boy.
