Villainous prostitute Carmen
Carmen (Isolina) was a villainess from "Pimp My Death," the sixth segment from "Death Be a Lady Tonight," episode 4.11 of 1000 Ways to Die (airdate July 25, 2011).
Carmen was introduced as an attractive woman who flirted with main protagonist Mike, who was married and hadn't had sex in three years. However, once Carmen and Mike head to a hotel room, Mike is suddenly stunned when Carmen charged him $2000, as she revealed herself as a prostitute. In response to Mike's shock, Carmen informed him that she wouldn't hook up with him in a different scenario, after which Mike refused to pay.
Afterwards, the evil Carmen phoned her pimp, Big Hank, and enlisted him to intimidate Mike. While Big Hank confronted Mike, Carmen took out Mike's wallet and pocketed it for herself before making an attempted escape. However, Carmen's escape took a fatal end, as Big Hank inadvertently shoved Mike into Carmen, sending the villainess headfirst onto the bathroom countertop, killing her instantly.
