The unnamed Brunette Grandmother is the main villainess from a short story released by Wnews on July 11, 2022.
Introduction[]
The woman is the mother of the story's main protagonist/narrator: a 17-year-old girl who became pregnant with her first child.
However, after being dumped by her boyfriend (the baby's father), she received support from her mother, who was revealed to have given birth to the protagonist when she was a teenager herself.
The protagonist also ended up expelled by her principal, who accused her of setting a bad example, and as she went through the hardships of pregnancy, she was scolded by her mother, who reminded her daughter that she wanted to keep the baby.
While on a subway train, the girl's water broke, and she ended up hospitalized. She asked to see her newborn daughter for the doctor to tell the girl that she lost her during the childbirth. The protagonist's mother consoled her daughter, but she would have trouble coping with the loss of her baby girl. She started acting out to the point where she engaged in various relationships with various men, and actually left her mother's home with a lover of hers at the age of 19 years old.

20 years later, the protagonist (now a 39-year-old woman) was discovered on the street by a 12-year-old little girl, and upon realizing how far she had fallen, she left her boyfriend and went to rehab to get her life back together. She got clean and saw her mother for the first time since leaving the house, with her mother being proud of her daughter's progress. The protagonist got a job as a waitress, and it was during that point that she was accosted by a girl who tossed a glass of water at her. To the woman's surprise, the attacker introduced herself as the woman's daughter, who was believed to be deceased. The daughter lashed out at her mother for abandoning her, while adding that her grandmother informed her that her mother wanted nothing to do with her.
After spending time with her daughter, the entire truth was revealed: as it turned out, the doctor who performed the birth was actually bribed by the grandmother to tell her daughter that her baby girl didn't survive, and her actions resulted in the newborn being placed in an orphanage until she was adopted. When the girl was a bit older, she searched for her mother and ended up encountering her grandmother, but in response to the girl's queries about her mother, her evil grandmother falsely claimed that her daughter had a good life and didn't want her involved.
The protagonist confronted her mother regarding her actions, with the villainess claiming that she lied to protect her, while callously stating that she wasted her youth in raising the protagonist. In addition, the villainess doubled down on her defense by claiming that she would have had to raise her granddaughter because the protagonist would abandon her, and in response, the brunette woman lashed out at her villainous mother and cut all ties with her. The story ended with the protagonist and her daughter making up for lost time, while the sinister grandmother was left alone to deal with the consequences of her deception.
