The evil and corrupt Billie Stanhope

Billie Stanhope (Lala Kent) was a villainess from the 2021 film, Out of Death.

Billie Stanhope was a corrupt deputy at a small-town police department run by the equally corrupt sheriff, Hank Rivers, and the film's opening scenes showed Billie meeting with local drug dealer Jimmy, with the meeting revealing the pair as lovers. The villainess received her pay from Jimmy, as well as a cut of the drugs, only for Billie to scold Jimmy for not delivering the amount of money that was planned. The meeting ended with Billie finding out that Jimmy was recording her, with Jimmy's attempt to escape ending with Billie shooting him to death.

The meeting, and Jimmy's murder, was witnessed by Shannon Mathers, who arrived at the town on a hike, and after finding out about the witness, the evil Billie pursued Shannon with intent to kill her. After calling in fellow deputy Tommy Rivers (Hank's brother) for backup, Billie approached Shannon and acted genial towards her, with Shannon stating that she was on a hike and hadn't seen anything. After hearing Tommy's call regarding "putting down a stray cat," Shannon fought off Billie's attack, only for Tommy to appear and take down Shannon. The pair of corrupt cops were bent on killing Shannon, only for her cries for help to be heard by Jack Harris, who later saved Shannon from the duo.

Shannon hid out in a warehouse, but was found by Billie, leading to a fight that ended with Shannon stabbing the villainess deep into her leg. Upon finding Billie badly injured, Tommy helped Billie and planned to take her to a hospital, but once Hank met with both of them, he ordered Tommy to kill Billie to cover up their corruption. Reluctantly, Tommy untied Billie's wound (after Billie stated that she couldn't feel her legs), and as a result, Billie bled out and perished.
