Ashton (Samantha Helt) and Kimberley (Josette Jorge) are the hidden main villainesses from the 2023 Tubi film, Twisted Neighbor (release date August 24, 2023).
Introduction[]
Ashton and Kimberley resided in Sunny Vista, a posh neighborhood which had main protagonist Colleen Kirk as a new inhabitant. Both were members of the neighborhood's HOA, with Kimberley introducing herself as the vice president and treasurer, while Ashton was the HOA secretary. The film opened with one of the neighbors, Edith, stabbed to death inside her home, with Colleen finding Edith's body, and later on, neighbors Theo and Quinn were also murdered. Colleen was found under mass suspicion, which increased after the neighbors found out that she was the daughter of Vanessa Kirk, who was in prison for staging her own kidnapping.

Colleen's search led her to a car that matched Ashton's description, only for Ashton to threaten Colleen with a taser before falsely accusing Colleen of threatening her. The film revealed that each of the neighbors were being threatened by a mysterious online poster known as "Anonymous," who had been revealing the neighbors' deep secrets. Colleen suspected the HOA's president, Jillian, of being "Anonymous," and in the climax, she served snacks that were laced with the same drug that she and Theo were on earlier in the film, doing so to get their secrets out while looking for a confession from Jillian, who ran off. Colleen tracked Jillian and found her talking to Jared (Kimberley's husband), with the revelation that they were seeing each other as part of Jillian's open marriage to Dan--who hooked up with Colleen.
At that moment, Colleen was knocked out from behind by a masked woman, who revealed herself as Kimberley, after which Kimberley and Ashton placed Colleen in the back of the latter's car. The scene revealed that they were behind the murders, first killing Edith in the film's opening due to their indignation over Edith's smoking and her unwillingness to clean her house. After discovering that Theo was doing salacious webcam videos (with Dan revealed as one of his customers), Kimberley murdered Theo, while Ashton killed Quinn by crushing his throat with his weights, as Quinn was revealed to be faking his injury to get out of football.
As Kimberley revealed, her and Ashton's victims were (in her mind) disgraces to Sunny Vista, and while Ashton voiced her unwillingness to kill anyone, Kimberley ordered her to do so, claiming that it was their only way. The villainesses discussed their plan to eliminate Colleen, who rose up and strangled Kimberley, who stopped her car afterwards. All three women exited the car, and it was followed by Ashton using her taser towards Colleen, while Kimberley ranted that Colleen didn't belong at Sunny Vista. Shortly afterwards, Jillian arrived and decked both villainesses, and the following morning saw both Ashton and Kimberley handcuffed to each other, right before they were arrested (off-screen).
