Anne (Susan Pari) was the main villainess from the 2001 film, Exposure.
Anne's backstory only revealed that she was the identical twin sister of Elaine Drury (also played by Pari) though they were separated and adopted by separate families, with the twins knowing nothing about each other. She was abused as a child and spent years in a mental institution, and she ended up becoming a deranged and religious fanatic in adulthood. When Elaine was featured in a racy photo ad taken by Gary Whitford, Anne's family ejected her thinking that she was the woman featured in the ad.
Anne's religious zeal reached villainous lengths, as she believed that the ad was distributed by an "Unholy Trinity" of demons, and went on a murderous mission afterwards. Elaine was her first victim, as Anne broke in to her twin sister's home and brutally stabbed her to death. After killing her sister, Anne took confession, which was conducted by Father Close, but only sobbed and left a rambling note about the "Unholy Trinity." The villainess--donning a mask and hooded disguise--later attempted to kill Gary inside an underground parking lot, only to be fought off by Gary.
Anne decided to go after Paul Steerman, Gary's friend and business partner. Anne stalked Gary to his office, and later slashed his throat. In each murder, the villainess left a message in her victim's blood labeling them as members of the Trinity, with Elaine being the first and Paul being the second. During the film's climax, the evil Anne entered Gary's home and attempted to kill Jackie Steerman (Paul's wife), who unmasked the villainess during their struggle. Meanwhile, Gary encountered Father Close, who informed Gary that he knew who was behind the murders.
Both men faced Anne, who held Jackie at knifepoint and made a rambling vow to eliminate the Trinity of demons before escaping. Gary had identified the woman as Elaine, though Father Close stated that the woman was Anne, Elaine's long lost twin sister, and gave Anne's backstory before returning to his car, where he was killed by Anne. The maniacal villainess again pursued and attacked Jackie before being pursued by Gary, who chased her to a nearby shed. Anne's attempted attack towards Gary ended with the madwoman caught in a fishing net that was tangled to a motor, after which she was shoved into the water by Gary. Shortly afterwards, Gary entered the water and pulled out Anne, who was revealed to have drowned.
