The evil Anna Samuels (aka Allison Taylor)
Anna Samuels, aka Allison Taylor (Sarah Stouffer), is a hidden villainess from Bones' eighth season finale, "The Secret in the Siege" (airdate April 29, 2013).
Backstory[]
Anna Samuels' backstory revealed that she was the daughter of FBI Agent Harris Samuels, who raised her as a single parent (information regarding Anna's mother wasn't revealed). In 2003, Harris was working a siege on a compound in Crystal Creek, Virginia, which resulted in several cult members and agents being killed, with Harris being one of the casualties--having been shot 11 times. As a result, Anna--who was an expert shooter by age 10--became orphaned and ended up institutionalized; diagnosed with complex grief disorder.

During the episode's events, notorious serial killer Christopher Pelant was looking for revenge after being shot in his face by Seeley Booth earlier in the season, and he planned to target Booth's FBI colleagues. He found Harris Samuels' file and found out about the Crystal Creek case, and sent a doctored video of himself posing as Harris to Anna. In Pelant's video, "Harris" informed Anna that his death was caused by friendly fire and instructed Anna to avenge her father by eliminating his colleagues from the siege.
Without question, Anna turned heel and acquiesced, beginning with killing agent Alan Friedlander, one of Harris' partners in the siege. The villainess killed Friedlander with a single gunshot, and fired 10 more post mortem to match the number of shots that killed her father. Afterwards, the evil Anna killed agent Jeff Stone--another partner--in the same fashion, and later appeared as a witness named Allison Taylor following the murder. During her interview with Booth, Allison acted shaken following the discovery of Stone's body, and described the killer as having a tattoo and wearing a red hat. The description fit rescued cult member Zane Reynolds, though he was cleared after he was revealed to have an alibi.
The investigation revealed that the victims were on the Crystal Creek case, having worked with Harris on the the siege. It was their discovery regarding Harris that led to Anna, and her official on-screen reveal came when she was shown calling Booth and arranging a meeting. The setup led to the belief that Booth was next, but it was revealed that the next target was actually Lance Sweets, whose information was used by Pelant in his plan. The sinister villainess took her gun and went to search for Sweets, who was in a traffic jam caused by Pelant, only to run when she saw Booth pursuing her. Just as Anna was about to unleash her weapon, Booth fired a shot at Anna's shoulder, and she was later taken into custody and arrested.
