The evil and vengeful Amber
Amber (Mary Miri) is the main villainess from Babysitter Abuses Child, Then This Happens, a short film released by Kidz Chron (release date December 7, 2022). She is the babysitter for Paris Jones, the only daughter of Tonya and Melvin Jones.
However, Amber's backstory revealed that she was in a relationship with Melvin years prior, and at some point, she became pregnant with Melvin's child. Under Melvin's insistence, Amber terminated the pregnancy, and she became Paris' babysitter after being recommended by Melvin, though the film doesn't reveal how long she had been sitting for the Jones family. Amber turned heel after accepting the job, as she began habitually beating Paris, doing so out of anger towards Melvin.
The film's events showed Amber appearing at the house just as Tonya and Melvin left for work, but afterwards, the evil Amber took out a belt and called for Paris, with the maniacal villainess using the belt to abuse Paris. Later on, Amber ordered Paris to look down on the floor until her parents returned, doing so while holding a stick (another weapon she would use). The villainess left and received her pay after Tonya and Melvin returned home, and it was after Amber's departure that Paris revealed Amber's abuse.
Tonya was shocked by the revelation, while Melvin questioned his daughter's claims and voiced his objection to confronting Amber. Despite this, the couple met with Amber, who revealed her past illicit relationship with Melvin, while also confessing to beating Amber out of anger over Melvin (in her mind) keeping Paris over their love child. After learning about Melvin and Amber's shared past, as well as uncovering Amber's weapons of abuse, Tonya ejected both of them from her house, though Amber's fate beyond that point wasn't revealed.
