Villainous soccer player Alicia
Alicia (Grace Lawell) is a hidden villainess from the 2021 Lifetime film, Strike Her Dead (originally titled, Killer Cover Up; airdate November 12, 2021). She is the captain of a high school soccer team that has main protagonist Jenna Simms as one of her teammates.
The team was under the thumb of Coach Ritchie, though it was revealed that Ritchie had been bribing the officials into helping them win key games, doing so to look good enough to coach a college team. In addition, Alicia turned heel at some point and colluded with Ritchie in covering up the scheme, which also saw the villainess become Ritchie's lover. One of Alicia's teammates, Lilly Washington, suspected something amiss in one of the games, leading to Ritchie killing Lilly to silence her.
The same was done to another player, Maria Tapia, in the film's events, and later on, the evil Alicia shoved another of her teammates, Grace, over the balcony in an attempt to kill her, only for Grace to survive. The duo also targeted Jenna, who investigated the deaths and approached Alicia, who claimed that their teammate, Stacey, was the true killer. In actuality, the villainous couple set out on framing Jenna; they stole Jenna's sweater and planted Maria's blood on it before putting it back in her locker, placing an anonymous call to the police so they would find it and suspect Jenna.
Jenna's quest to find out the truth led her to witness Ritchie and Alicia together, with Jenna overhearing Alicia reveal her role in the cover-up and that Ritchie had been bribing the officials. Regarding Alicia's motive, it was to gain a soccer scholarship, but once Jenna was seen, the couple captured Jenna, with Ritchie planning to kill Jenna and portray her as a villainess who murdered her teammates out of ambition. It was at that point that Alicia attempted to talk Ritchie out of killing Jenna, as she had voiced her reluctance over setting up Jenna, only for Ritchie to decide to eliminate Alicia as well. Jenna's parents, Sally and Joe Simms, found Jenna and rescued her from Ritchie and Alicia, and regarding the latter half of the villainous couple, she was shown apologizing to Jenna as she was being arrested.
